Shipping Options

Karaoke World offers a Pick Up at our Store Location option as well as shipping to anywhere in Canada or the US. You can choose which option you would prefer in Checkout. We ship via Canada Post only. We can ship to international destinations if requested. Please contact us directly in regards to international destinations rather than proceeding through Checkout. We will give you a shipping quote and you can decide if you want to continue with your order.

Pick Up at our store location 

• If you are picking up from one of our store locations please remember the following:
• The store will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Please allow time for processing.
• If the item(s) you ordered were in stock then your order will be held at the store for one week for pick up.
• If the item(s) you ordered were not in stock at the time of your order then when your item(s) arrive they will be held at the store for 2 weeks for pick up. You will be notified when your item(s) arrive at the store and if there are any problems with your order.
• If your order includes in stock AND out of stock item(s) we will hold all in stock item(s) until the rest of the order comes in and then hold the complete order for 2 weeks for pick up.

Shipping Charges

All shipped orders are subject to applicable sales tax. These charges will be displayed in Checkout. Orders shipped to the US may be subject to duty and/or clearance charges when crossing the border. These are the responsibility of the customer when receiving your package.

While we will try to ensure our Shipping Rates stay stable they are subject to change when Canada Post rates change.

Note: all Delivery times are estimates and begin on the same day if the order is placed before 10 am. OR the day after the order is placed AND we have the items in stock. These may vary based on holidays and postal service volumes.
