Return Policy for Music and Software

Karaoke World Ltd. does not offer return of opened or unwrapped software. If your product is defective, we will exchange it for the SAME ITEM ONLY within 14 days of invoice date. All returns must have an RA# clearly denoted on outside packaging to prevent refusal of return. Karaoke World ltd. will gladly offer exchange or credit of unopened software within 14 days of invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will apply. (No Exchanges or returns available on Custom CDG’s).

Return Policy for Hardware and Accessories

Karaoke World Ltd strives to offer the best quality and pricing on all products we carry. In order to continue to offer this fantastic pricing:

We will offer an exchange for non-defective equipment within 20 days of invoice date. All non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. You will bear all shipping costs for the return of non-defective equipment. All equipment must be returned in its original packaging and must include all accessories that came with it (Cables, Microphones, Promotional Items, Manuals, Registration Forms, etc) All returned equipment must be in new condition or they will be sent back at your expense and an exchange will not be processed. We will give credit to be used toward exchange (less shipping charge and restocking fee, if you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for the original shipping).

Defective Hardware

Karaoke World Ltd. will replace or issue a refund on defective equipment within 20 days of original invoice date. All defective equipment must be returned in it’s original packaging and must include all accessories that came with it (Cables, Microphones, Promotional Items, Manuals, Registration Forms, etc). An RA# must be given from Karaoke World Ltd. and must be evident on outside packaging to prevent refusal of return. All equipment is inspected by a technician before replacement or refund is processed. Equipment that is returned as defective, which cannot be verified, or is damaged due to apparent misuse or neglect will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee or it will be sent back at your expense and neither a replacement or a refund will be processed. Manufacturer warranty applies after 20 days from the invoice date.

If a replacement is requested:

We will replace defective equipment with the identical item purchased. We will bear shipping costs for the return and the replacement of the defective equipment up to a total of $50.00. However, we will not reimburse you for the shipping costs if you return defective equipment via an expedited shipping method. The shipping method used for the replacement unit is at our discretion. However, you have the option of paying for the difference of an expedited shipping method. You will bear any additional fees for special services such as carrier pick up. Equipment replacements are shipped once we have received your defective equipment and our technician has evaluated it.

If a refund is requested: 

You will bear all shipping costs for the return of defective equipment. We will refund the purchase price of the equipment less the shipping cost. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for the original shipping.

*** Manufacturer Warranty and limitations apply to all hardware. Warranty on all karaoke machines is 1 year parts, 90 Days Labor. Customer is responsible for all related shipping charges for warranty repair***
